Our process —

To order, simply fill out our contact form. We will do a quick email chat, we’ll design your arrangement and let you know when it’s ready for pickup.
We do deliver to a small radius around our Phinney Ridge studio. Let us know the location of your recipient, & we’ll let you know if we can deliver. All payments will be through Venmo.
When we email with you we will provide our Venmo address.

Delivery within our usual radius is free. Deliveries outside that radius require a $10 delivery fee & are up to our discretion as to possibility. We’re not a large studio, so we have to limit our out-of-bounds deliveries: thanks for understanding!

For Events & Installation Designs — After completing our contact form we will respond via email within 24 business hours. We’ll have an email chat about your event and goals, the ideas or message you would like to get across, and your timeline. Then I’ll take it from there, creating a document that spells out the terms, prices and timeline.

Most tabletop arrangements or bouquets will be ready for you within 2 business days. For installations or larger requests, more time will be required. We’ll discuss!

Parsley & Rue’s floral design studio is located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle.
Pick up from our studio is convenient: only a few minutes from both I-5 and Highway 99, close to Woodland Park Zoo, Greenlake and Ballard.
We do deliver to a small radius surrounding our studio: let us know where your recipient is located & we’ll let you know if they are within our delivery area.

When you receive your custom floriography design you will also receive a card complete with the names and floriography meanings of all flowers and foliage used in your design: a great way to learn the language of flowers, and keep for future reference.

We care deeply about the floral designs we provide for you during such a sensitive time. After you submit the contact form we will email chat, and then we’ll take it from there, from flower selection—including flowers with particular meanings, colors or feel that reflect your wishes—to design, to delivery. We strive to make this aspect of your memorial experience as easy and worry-free as possible.

TRANSPORTING YOUR FLORALS:
All floriography florals are designed here at our Seattle home studio, and made available for pick up by you on either the morning of your event, or a time determined during proposal. We do not offer event delivery.
Upon pick up, we will do our best to prepare your florals for transport and will give you suggestions for best packing practices for floral transport. Every vehicle is different, so it is important for you to come prepared to secure your florals in your vehicle to prevent tipping during transport. Thank you!
FLORIOGRAPHY FAQS
Your custom floriography will be beautiful, but will its meaning be understood?
To help translate the meaning behind the flowers, we provide beautifully printed cards indicating which flowers have been used, and their meanings. If you’d like to receive the meanings to include in your own event’s collateral (ex. Letting your wedding guests know in your program the meaning behind your wedding party’s flowers), we will email you with the flowers to be used, and their meanings, as early as possible in the design process.
I am a store owner and would like to add particular meanings — and the flowers that represent them — into our brand.
Wonderful! Branding with floriography is new, different, and definitely on the leading edge. It's that little extra something. We love hearing about your business ethos, helping you translate that into words, and creating designs that bring those meanings into floral reality. After we discuss your brand, ethos and needs, we will provide a list of the flowers & foliage we will be using to convey your chosen meanings, as well as a palette card, so you can get right to work adding these elements into your brand kit while we get to work designing for you!
